Private 1:1 Wellness Support
This work is offered through individual, non-clinical sessions designed to support steadier regulation, insight, and internal capacity in the context of ongoing life stressors. My approach is trauma-informed support, psychologically grounded, and rooted in an understanding of how long seasons of survival shape the nervous system, identity, and sense of self.
Sessions are reflective and integrative in nature. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or treatment, the work centers on awareness, regulation, meaning-making, and strengthening one’s ability to move through life with greater steadiness and self-trust

Together, we slow things down enough to notice what’s happening beneath the surface and move forward in a way that is sustainable and not depleting.
This work is relational, not prescriptive
You are not analyzed, corrected or pushed toward change before you’re ready. We move in a way that respects capacity and timing allowing change to emerge.
